I’m a qualified counsellor with a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and I’m also MBACP (Accred), which simply means I’ve met a recognised high standard of professional practice. Most importantly, I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges. I understand that seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you don’t have to go through it alone.

With experience supporting people through depression, anxiety, trauma, and many other emotional challenges, I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. My approach is person-centred and integrative, meaning each session is tailored to your unique needs, so you feel supported in a way that aligns with you.

Alongside my client work, I also offer clinical supervision to counsellors and trainees, providing encouragement, guidance, and a safe space for reflective practice. I also mentor and coach clients who want to build confidence and move forward in their personal or professional lives.
